Our 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, combined with our “Hot Swap” program, offers you peace of mind and ensures your electronic device is protected against defects in materials and workmanship. During this period, should you experience a technology failure, we will send a replacement unit to you at our expense.

You can then return the malfunctioning unit at your convenience. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and support to keep your device in optimal condition.
